We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website, subscribing to The Life Design Newsletter, downloading the 8-Area Life Audit or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services. This typically includes:

We do not actively seek to collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) such as health information. If you voluntarily share sensitive information with us during coaching, we will treat it with additional care and will only use it for the purpose for which you provided it, or as required by law.

Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia. Based on the providers we currently use, personal information may be disclosed to recipients in the United States of America, the European Union, and other countries where our providers operate data centres.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you believe we have breached the APPs or this Privacy Policy, please contact us first so that we can investigate and respond:
